Kuleli Military High School is the first military high school in Turkey, located in Çengelköy, Istanbul. It was founded in September 21 1845 by Ottoman Sultan Abdülmecid I, making it the oldest high school in Turkey as well.
Wandered around a little more before I left San Francisco and took afew shots of interesting buildings.
We think it's a juniper tree. We thought it was interesting because of the top part-it looks like another tree is growing out of it and we couldn't see where that part originated from.

The Crane stood perfectly in the sunlight but every time I tried to take the picture, he jerked his head away, leaving me with only 'air' pictures, as if he was playing a game of "Catch me if you can" with me. Also this time, but the camera still caught him in the far corner
